The EMH System Details

SYSTEM: EMH is not a supplier of building components – EMH is an end-to-end system that delivers a complete structural and weathertight building envelope. The system has been designed with LEAN construction processes in mind every step. From factory to delivery to your job site and throughout the assembly, every process has been optimised to ensure the maximum efficiencies are achieved, ultimately completing the project sooner.

PANELS: The EMH System includes 20 panels, including External and Internal walls, Intertenancy walls, Floor panels, and Roof and Ceiling panels. Our panels form about 60% of your building using a standard concrete slab foundation. Our pre-assembled panels include a timber frame (H3.2 treated), external doors and windows, full or partial pre-painted (2 coats) cladding, battens, and intelligent vapour control layers to prevent moisture penetration. Internal battens facilitate easy installation of services and provide additional insulation. All external and internal walls feature insulation and an Oriented Strand Board (OSB3) for structural stability and soundproofing. 

JOINERY: EMH panels incorporate high-quality German uPVC (GEALAN S9000) windows and doors. These six-chambered, double or triple-glazed fixtures ensure exceptional insulation and soundproofing. They feature:

• ROTO or SIEGENIA fittings for enhanced security, ease of use, durability, and design.
• TECHNOFORM Glass Insulation (TGI) warm edge spacers between the glass panes for improved thermal performance, minimised energy losses, and reduced condensation and mould.
• ACRYCOLOUR coating, is a scratch-resistant, chip-resistant, low-maintenance coating that withstands weather effects.
