Our Quality and Assurances

EMH has partnered with an established manufacturing company boasting over 25 years of experience in the European market, with a current capacity of up to 250 houses per year.

The factory holds ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, which specifies requirements for a quality management system and enhances customer satisfaction through process improvements.

In addition to that, the Codemark certification requires regular inspections and audits by the Professional Certification Body (PCB) assigned by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).

To ensure the highest quality of products, robust Quality Assurance (QA) processes and Risk mitigation plans have been embedded in all EMH System processes. This includes using the latest Building Information Modelling (BIM) for design and assembly.

After manufacturing, all factory QA processes and products are independently audited by a bank-approved inspector before the release of funds and again before the departure. The inspector also witnesses documentation, the container loading, sealing and exit from the factory.

Lastly, the EMH system is underwritten by VERO Insurance from when the goods have left the factory to onsite delivery and inspection.
