Code Compliance
The EMH System is Codemark certified (CMNZ70051), allowing it to be used throughout New Zealand.
As a voluntary product certification scheme, Codemark ensures our building products and systems meet the New Zealand Building Code requirements and ”must be accepted by Building Consent Authorities”.
The Codemark certificate allows EMH to bypass all but one final site inspection, thus minimising project delays and significantly expediting the Building Consent approval process.
Building consents in Auckland using the EMH system are handled by a specialist team in Auckland Council who are familiar with our system.
