Our Process
1. The Brief
EMH is engaged as early as possible in the design phase. The earlier the engagement, the more cost-effective the project will be. Your concept plans are reviewed to ensure that The EMH System will meet your desired outcome.
2. The Estimate
EMH Design Manual is presented for discussion with you and your architect. The estimate is then produced within one week.
3. The Design
Your architect produces a set of architectural drawings using EMH engineering design considerations. The design is then submitted for Resource Consent (RC).
4. The Quote and the Contract
After the RC is approved, you will be issued a formal quote and a Fixed cost contract.
5. Technical Documentation
Within 4-6 weeks, EMH produces technical documentation ready to be submitted for Building Consent through an established Consenting Pathway.
6. Manufacturing and Shipping
The manufacturing can commence before the Building Consent has been granted because of our Codemark certification. Panels are in transit for approximately 60-80 days, followed by customs clearance, MPI compliance and delivery onsite.
7. Site Assembly
Our construction team assembles 200m2 of a weathertight building envelope on-site weekly. Alternatively, onsite support and training can be provided to your team.
